  1.  Not to disagree or agree with the merits of DPaint but the feature you 
  2. refer to is Panter's Image hose...It is not simply an anim brush pasted
  3. down on the page. Image hose will let you assign multiple brushes with 
  4. shadows etc. that will layer these images with soft edges giving you great
  5. backdrops and borders for illustration. Also Painter's use of selection 
  6. sets to displace images ,giving a 3D effect, is quite nice.
  7.  Like I said DPaint 5 on the PC would probably sell a bunch (what 
  8. doesn't?) But FD Painter on an Amiga would rule the Amiga paint package
  9. wars....that is unless PhotoShop was also ported. :-)
